Home Staging Consultation: This service is a
collaborative effort. I will meet with you and create a
list of home staging actions for both the inside and
outside of your house. You, the home owner, will now
stage the house based upon my recommendations and
detailed instructions. When staging is complete I will
return and review the changes that have been made and
insure the staging process is complete. The cost of this
consultation varies depending on the square footage of
the house and/or the number of rooms to be staged. The
cost of a consultation usually is between $250 and $500.
Full Service Staging: In full service staging I
will meet with you at your home and create a detailed
list of items that need to be addressed to properly
stage the house. Upon completing this list I will begin
to stage the home on an agreed upon date. Staging can
take from one to three days depending on the size of the
house, number of rooms and the items that need to be
addressed. The cost of full staging begins around $900.
Vacant house staging: A vacant house is a
seller's worst nightmare. Many buyers can not truly see
the layout of the house without furniture and makes the
owner look desperate to sell. Staging a vacant house
requires the owner to rent or provide furniture for the
duration of the sale. This can easily be accomplished
through furniture rental companies which have partnered
with ASP's to help provide services to our customers.
The cost of rental furniture is the responsibility of
the owner, but choosing the furniture would be done with
my assistance. The home owner would then choose either
staging consultation or full staging services.
Up Visits: Staging helps houses sell faster.
However, even the most beautifully presented house may
be on the market for a number of weeks or months in
today's marketplace. To insure the house maintains a
staged appearance, follow up visits are often arranged.
Each follow up visit is $50 regardless of the service
provided and may occur weekly or bi-weekly depending on
the circumstances. All staging fees are due when
services are rendered. Credit cards accepted and
financing can be arranged through MBNA.
